Important Dates for Enrollment

Quota for International Students

The distribution of available places for international students by study program is published in the official call for enrollment and in the Quotas section of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FCSE).

Required Documents

International applicants for undergraduate studies must submit the following documents:

Application form (Form A1);
Original secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate (certified with an apostille stamp or by the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries that are not members of the Hague Convention);
Original transcripts/certificates for all completed years of secondary education;
Original birth certificate;
Original citizenship certificate or copy of passport;
Valid health insurance policy;
Three photographs (two with dimensions 3.5 × 4.5 cm and one with dimensions 2 × 3 cm);
Decision on recognition (nostrification) of completed secondary education issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia;
Proof of English language proficiency, if required by the study program.

All documents issued in a foreign language must be translated into Macedonian by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia.

Enrollment Procedure

Step 1: Electronic Application

Candidates must first complete the electronic application through the UKIM online enrollment system.

Step 2: Submission of Documents

Original documents must be submitted in person to the Student Affairs Office at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FCSE) within the deadlines specified in the enrollment call.

Documents are submitted at the Student Service counter during working hours announced by the faculty.

Step 3: Recognition of Secondary Education

International students must obtain a decision for recognition (nostrification) of their completed secondary education from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Higher Education (ЗВО).

Step 4: Final Registration

After receiving the recognition decision, students complete the enrollment procedure by submitting:

The decision on recognition of completed secondary education;
Enrollment forms provided by the faculty;
Proof of tuition payment;
Proof of payment for university fees and student activities;
Additional documents required by the university.

Nostrification Procedure

Required Documents

The following documents are required for the recognition of completed secondary education:

Original secondary school diploma, duly certified;
Two photocopies of the diploma (one notarized);
Two translated copies of the diploma prepared by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one notarized);
Original transcripts for each completed year of secondary education;
Two photocopies of each transcript (one notarized);
Two translated copies of each transcript (one notarized);
Original birth certificate and two photocopies;
Original citizenship certificate (or passport) and two photocopies;
Certified translations of the birth certificate and citizenship certificate, where applicable.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for international students are determined in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and the annual decision adopted by the university.
