Required Documents

In accordance with Тhe Call for the enrollment of students in third-cycle studies in the study programmes of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje in the 2022/23 academic year, candidates must submit the following documents:

Application documents

Candidate applications are submitted electronically by sending an e-mail to the following two e-mail addresses:

– e-mail address of the University Doctoral School: skola_za_ds@ukim.edu.mk
– e-mail address of the faculty/institute to which the study programme belongs: iii-finki@ukim.edu.mk

In the subject line of the e-mail, candidates should state the study programme for which they are submitting documents. A candidate applying to the Call submits the following documents in scanned form to both e-mail addresses:

application form indicating the selected study programme for which the candidate is applying;
motivation letter indicating the research area and initial consent from a mentor from the list of mentors;
short biography;
evidence proving fulfillment of the enrollment requirements, namely:

– transcript of passed exams from first-cycle studies, i.e. undergraduate studies

– transcript of passed exams from second-cycle studies, i.e. postgraduate studies

– diploma from first-cycle studies, i.e. undergraduate studies

– diploma from second-cycle studies, i.e. postgraduate studies

– certificate / proof of knowledge of a world language

– candidates who completed their higher education, undergraduate studies (first cycle) and postgraduate studies (second cycle), abroad submit nostrified documents proving fulfillment of the requirements for enrollment in third-cycle – doctoral studies, as well as grade equivalence if the grading system differs from that of the Republic of Macedonia.

Candidates will necessarily receive an automatic confirmation that the e-mail has been received (applications are submitted in the period from 19.09.2022 to 07.10.2022).
