По завршувањето на курсот се очекува студентот да има познавања на вештини потребни за управување со ИКТ проекти

Course content

Природа на проектниот менаџмент во инженерските системи и потребни вештини за менаџмент на софтверски проекти. Лични вештини: Развивање на самосвесност, Справување со личниот стрес, Решавање на проблеми аналитички и креативно. Интерперсонални вештини: Градење врски преку комуникативна поддршка, Добивање моќ и влијание, Мотивирање на други луѓе, Управување со конфликти. Групни вештини: Овластување и делегирање, Градење на ефективни тимови и Тимска работа. Водечки позитивни промени.

Learning methods

Предавања поддржани со презентации преку слајдови, интерактивни предавања, вежби (користење на опрема и софтверски пакети), тимска работа, пример случаи, поканети гости предавачи, самостојна изработка и одбрана на проектна задача и семинарска работа, учење во електронско опкружување (форуми, консултации).
