Data Analytics Intern

We're looking for an analytically minded intern who loves working with data and translating it into clear, compelling insights. At Motion Source, you'll work directly with experienced BI professionals on real business scenarios for international clients — building dashboards, analyzing trends, and shaping data-driven decision-making from the start of your career.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & WORK WITH
• Microsoft Power BI — report design, data modeling, and DAX fundamentals
• SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating relational datasets
• Data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Data visualization principles and dashboard UX best practices
• Excel as a complementary analysis and reporting tool
• Business KPI frameworks and how to translate them into meaningful metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Student or graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with databases and SQL
• Exposure to Excel, Power BI, or any data visualization tool is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good English language proficiency and communication skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to explore new technologies

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Support data collection, cleaning, and transformation workflows
• Write and optimize SQL queries across business datasets
• Help identify trends and translate analytical findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate with the team on reporting projects and continuous improvements
