The Role
From week one you'll be making real video ads for real clients using AI - and owning them end to end.
What you'll do day to day:
Create AI ads - Generate video and image creative from product links and briefs using AI tools: hooks, scripts, AI creators, the works.
Edit and polish - Cut, refine, and ship variations until the creative actually converts.
Talk to clients - Jump on calls, understand what they're selling, gather brand assets, and translate their goals into creative that performs.
Communicate clearly - Manage feedback, turn revisions around fast, and keep clients in the loop.
Test and iterate - Spin up multiple angles, see what wins, and use the results to make the next batch sharper.
