Documents for application and enrollment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Before applying within the deadlines set by the Call, each interested candidate should register at\u00a0www.upisi.ukim.mk<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and complete the electronic application from the iKnow system.<\/p>\n

The number automatically assigned to the candidate by the electronic application system must also be entered in the application submitted for enrollment.<\/p>\n

The following documents should be submitted with the application:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. University enrollment application – signed A1 form (pink sheet, available for purchase on the day of document submission from bookstores near the Faculty)<\/li>\n
  2. Electronic application from the Faculty, internal application form (printed from the iKnow system, signed)<\/li>\n
  3. Original certificates from all school years for inspection and COPIES of them<\/li>\n
  4. Original document for passed State Matura (secondary education completion certificate) for inspection and a COPY of it<\/li>\n
  5. Original birth certificate for inspection and a COPY of it<\/li>\n
  6. Original proof of citizenship of the Republic of North Macedonia for inspection and a COPY of it<\/li>\n
  7. Statement on the authenticity and accuracy of the copies of the submitted documents<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Statement of consent for personal data processing (printed from the iKnow system, signed)<\/li>\n
  9. Proof of payment:\n
